Our Story

Our co-founders, athlete Scott Pendlebury and osteopath Andrew Harkin set out to create an app that can help people overcome pain and injuries, improve performance and general wellbeing.

Scott believed everyone should have access to leading health professionals and expert advice whenever they need it, just as he does as an athlete.

Andrew found that his patients often needed more support between appointments, and that there weren’t enough reliable sources of information for them to turn to when in need. He also discovered that patients were much more likely to do their exercises if they had videos to help them remember.

Four years later, Templ was born. The world’s first app of its kind.

Back, Neck & Posture

  • This program will help you increase strength and mobility through your upper back, shoulders and neck, to help reduce pain and improve posture. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

  • 8 Weeks

  • 2 x compulsory upper back and neck sessions with Andrew a week

    3 x optional mobility, pilates and yoga sessions per week

The Hip Program

  • This program will help you increase strength and mobility around your hips, lower back and core, to help reduce pain and injuries. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

  • 8 Weeks

  • 2 x compulsory hip-focused sessions with Trang a week

    3 x optional hip focused mobility, pilates and yoga sessions per week

Strength & Conditioning

  • Train with Scott Pendlebury and his trainer Jarrad Kay, to improve strength, fitness, improve performance and reduce injuries. Beginner-Advance levels. Requires gym equipment.

  • 6 Weeks

  • 2 x compulsory strength & conditioning sessions with Scott & Jarrad per week

The Knee Program

  • This program will help you increase strength and mobility through your legs and knees, to help reduce pain and overcome injuries. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

The Shoulder Program

  • This program will help you increase strength and mobility around your shoulders, to help reduce pain and overcome injuries. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

Foot & Ankle Program

  • This program will help you increase strength and mobility around your lower legs, feet and ankles, to help reduce pain and overcome injuries. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

Low Back & Core

  • This program will help you increase strength around your low back, hips and core to help reduce pain and overcome injuries. Beginner-Advanced levels. Can be done from home.

  • 8 Weeks

  • 2 x compulsory low back & core focused sessions with Selwyn a week

The Pilates Program

  • This program will help you increase strength and stability throughout your entire body through a series of pilates classes. Progress from beginner level to pro level. Can be done from home.

  • 4 Weeks

  • 3 x compulsory Pilates sessions with Matt a week, progressing in difficulty each week.

    Each week there will be:

    1 x Lower Back, Hips & Core class

    1 x Upper Back, Arms & Posture class

    1 x Full Body class

Yoga + Calm Program

  • This program will help you increase strength, mobility and flexibility throughout your entire body through a series of Yoga classes. It will also calm your nervous system and mind through meditation and mindfulness. Progress from beginner level to advanced level. Can be done from home.

  • 4 Weeks

  • 3 x Yoga classes per week, progressing in difficulty.

    Per week: 1 x Low Back, Hips & Legs, 1 x Upper Body, 1 x Full Body class
